Hi Malcolm
Excellent composition- the placement of the boat in lefthand corner and then the river of light to lead you into the picture and the distant Blakeney church - Great. I think you need to experiment more with the raw processing - I know you have only just started using lightroom and it takes a bit of getting used to - I just find the image a bit flat - experiment with your curves.

A superb composition here Malcolm and great control of the exposure. As Kate says it's a little bit flat.... As with your previous upload this could just be a simple case of wrong colour space.
