I like it too, and its title, though some avian enthusiasts might not.
Very much to my taste, Gary! Ultra-close-up giving extremely shallow dof suits me right down to the ground - which is probably where the other end of the stick goes!

I agree with Bill's comment here about the limited depth of focus allowing one's eye to settle on the sharpest areas where the interest lies.
Well spotted opportunity, Gary, and executed with panache.

The trunk / stick would stand out a bit better even tho' you are focused on that lovely moss
It's a macro and a good one at that, why wouldn't anybody not like it.....
