Description

Its been since last year that I visited this place, so it was worth the short journey last Saturday.

I had the place to myself for hours, with the exception of a small handful of Russian tourists and couple from Germany. I am so used to the mass busloads of people zipping in and out but not this time!

This was shot after 9pm when the sun was producing some crazy light but will upload those later!

Amazing shot. I see a lot of Icelandic photos and they all have a distinctive feel about them: light, colour etc I'll have to get organised one day and visit. - Paul

It was fun....but the best part of it all was to sit there in the "warm-for-Iceland" wind and soak up the last rays of the sun!! That was my last outing with that lens - so it was all ok..thanks for looking!!
