Mt Cook

The Road to Mt Cook. I'd already stopped just up the road before this shot to grab a few pics on the way in. As I then got back in the van to head on, I saw this shot appear with the road winding its way up to the mountain, and the stunning blue of Lake Pukaki to the side. I waited for a car to break into the sunlight (there are so few cars on the road there, I had to wait a while!) and took the shot.
