It is very cosy. Toning works well and the lady's expression is great. Good narrowing of focus away from the main subject. All in all, pretty jolly good 
Lovely shot.
Perhaps we both like sneeking around eyeing couples deep in conversation for that all important interesting image. Great minds indeed.
