I didn't go crashing through the undergrowth or wading through the bog to get close to this.....I cheated and used a long lens.
Maybe if I HAD gone closer I would have got a better shot

It probably would have been better if I had taken my tripod that morning

Well composed and exposed. I like the use of a limited range of colours which harmonise so well together.

So much to see and so little time! Nicely done Roy, lovely muted colours and a great reflection.

Some people go to a lot of effort in p/s to get that slightly blurred, hand held look! It actually works really quite well here - gives it a soft, ghostly look.

Has a rather soft look that works well with this shot. Nicely done.

The soft look is effective, here. I am wondering whether this is a lttle too close, as a slightly wider view would perhaps make a little more of the reflection.

Like it, soft and ethereal. You could have got closer/used a tripod etc...but then that would have been a different picture! - regards Robin
