Hi all,
Very pleased with the C&C's for my last upload of the
old sundial and church glass from Warkworth.
Thank you.
I'm coming to the end of my present Glass series and can't think
of a better conclusion than some Rene Lalique ..
The most famous jeweller and glass maker of his day .. and still a name
hugely sought after.
The Frenchman was born in 1860 and died in 1945.
This simple shot of his signature is from the base of the all glass font taken at
the famous 'Glass Church', St Matthew's, Jersey. (Channel Islands)
More on the church soon ..
Have a great w/e all.

Glass is an endlessly fascinating subject for me, obviously. This is a stately and gorgeous work. Hope to see more of glass shots from you soon.
