Thanks for the comments guys, I actually got the camera and lens wrong, this was taken with my Sony DSLR and Minolta 75-300 Kit Lens. Here's the exif data:

Camera: Sony DSLR A100
F-Stop:5.6
Exposure Time:1/40th sec
Focal Length 230mm
Lens:Minolta 75-300mm

I don't own the camera any more but it did take some great shots.
