This is a really well composed shot... I love the detail in the foreground... well done.
If i could make one small point, (which of course is only my opinion, based on what I like and not my photography skills!)
I find my eye is being drawn to something hanging from the fallen branch, which does not look entirely natural or in keeping with this lovely scene. This may be a case for some subtle desktop tidying. I also wonder whether dropping the iso speed a touch may have emphasized the movement of the water.
That said, this is still very worthy of my vote!
