Many thanks to everyone who voted & commented on my last upload 'Passing By'.
The promise of fine day to come & a falling tide galvanised me to rise early for the hour drive up to Howick. I was set up in good time perched above The Rumbling Kern. I love this time of the day...complete solitude. As the sun rose I moved down to the shoreline to stand in the waves as they crashed into the rock. Although the tide was going out I did get hit by a wave thigh high.
