Firstly a huge thank you to Ant (Zapar40) for his UA on yesterday's upload, very much appreciated and worth getting wet feet for!
I'm more accustomed to taking this sort of picture on the coast, so am more than pleased with the way it's turned out. Shot a whole hour after the sunset time I managed a 20 second exposure to give this silhouette. Cropped a little of the sky and foreground out to clear negative space and this is the result!

Beautiful indigos and violets balanced by the orange 'hotspot'. The 20secs gives a lovely smoothing to the clouds as well. A very restful image, Mark.
