Many thanks for the c and c on my last upload especially to 'Looloobey' for her UA.
Not expecting much attention for this. A quick handheld shot last night, to try out a newish lens I've had no time to 'play' with. Quite heavy Sad

better than anything I have ever taken

Hand held?
You don't fancy a job as a tripod, do you? Grin
That is very impressive. Must be a good lens.
Interesting settings

It is a heavy lens i have the same one but i mainly use it on a tripod and it gives great results your ISO was quite high but you still got a decent shot of the moon

Yours is the second moon I've opened in a row.
One from India and now yours - how very different it looks
in the two images. Loads of detail captured and well done for hand held.
Hope you enjoy the new lens.
