Shot using manual focus! guess I got lucky huh? ... pic very noisy simply because it has been cropped lots. However, I quite like the 'grain' effect, hope you do to?

Good detail captured however the shot may have been enhanced further if the background had been out of focus more, this is dependent on the distance between you and the subject and aperture you are shooting at, I notice you were using f5.6 when F4 was available. You could use the lens blur feature in Photoshop to achieve the background if you wished.
