Mr Red Squirrel chomping away at a hazel nut at BWC

This is such an experience as you go into their enclosure to photograph these rather lively characters
not at all worried about you and even get to climb legs and cameras!!

Must thank You all for your comments on the Fox and also to Graham and Andrew for your
User Awards given yesterday on the Puma

V2 eating his nut!!

Take care every one tomorrow is another day

Fabulous detail Lillian - I remember they weren't easy to photograph as they were quite hyperactive. I love his wispy ear.

These are so beautiful compared to the Grey Lillian, excellent eye detail and DOF, think a slight contrast adjustment would help. Only one showing at the moment.

Trev.

This must be one the best red squirrel shots I have seen, the pose quite charming, and the colours and detail so flawlessly captured, Lillian.
A real beauty.
