Now it had stopped raining I thought that I would try some night takes. This image was taken in Taunton Somerset. being dark gave a slow shutter smoothing the river flow, ideal as I can't fit filters to my 7-14mm lens.

As you say filters can't be fitted and as a result from this the bridge area is completely blown out, why not try taking two images, one for the bright area and one for the darker area and blend them in photoshop.

Hi yes your right very blown out I will get back out there and try it out again. I have now looked at it on my laptop, compaired it to my desktop monitor totally different. Thanks for pointing it out.
