There are allmost as many boats parked on the river as cars on the bridges above - i wonder if the council collect parking fees here too, i see no wardens.

Interesting processing - produces a totally different night image. Couldn't agree more with the Thames parking lot. Got in the way of a few shots in the past.

Smile it was held on a post for 2 secs. But was v windy.
Contrast reduced, exposure pushed up etc. To brighten the whole scene.
