A quick upload taken early morning at Hastings on 1st July before I went off to Scotland. Now I'm back, I'll try to catch up tomorrow to see what you've been up to!
I haven't finished downloading my Scottish and Hebridean images so have loads to look at and work on.
Thanks for looking and for any comments and/or criticisms.

The low view point makes this strong capture stand out very well indeed, lovely detail well presented.
John
A rust-bucket with loads of character, taken from a good low pov. I like the inclusion of the traps, and the sky is wonderful.
The tattered flags say it all. A picture of defiance against the ravages of age.
Moira
Fantastic shot Ann, fabulous colours and detail, great pov and composition, good to see you back
Hugh
Love the tattered flags blowing in the wind, Ann. Sounds like you had a good time, welcome back.
Dave
All of the above and more. For me it is the flags that help to make the image. The olg girl looks to have been to hell and back more than once.
Nice one.
Regards.
Gavin
Glorious rust and great toning. I like the wide angled view...
good to see you back ![]()
Superb image. Full of details like the pots.... Processing works a treat with lovely contrasting
tonal ranges
Welcome back, Ann, and a good strong composition to re-open your pf. Those tattered flags resemble nothing so much as a wild, madcap semaphore . . .
I can't remember where today's wreck was on Dungeness beach; I only took the Nikon there on the Monday when we started off near the lighthouses, so nearer the west than the east.
It was there last year, albeit still more or less in one piece and without the painted stern.
Regards
Bill
Oh what a wonderful rusty old hulk this is - I love the colours and that the flags are flying in the breeze.

A really well executed shot Ann. A well thought out composition taken at a low angle and enhanced by a fantastic sky.
Derek
A well used vessel that has seen better days. Great shot.
Andy
All you need here is a bald hard to lift the boat off the gavel just like in that film I c't recall the title of???
Welcome back to madness, hope you had a great time.
Dougie
A great image here Ann, very nicely worked. Good subject matter.
And I look forward to your new images.

That should read "Bald Head" Ann, I hate spellcheck and it's strange decisions.
Watch out for that smoothie Brannigan, he loves to charm the ladies.

Looks as if she has seen some battles in her time, Ann. Yet survives despite all the odds.

I'm not surprised this old fishing vessel has floated Mick's boat, they make such great photographic subjects
