Two great images Billy.
I'd be hard pushed to capture anything like this.
It looks an amazing building and your images give some indication of size.

Both excellent Billy, slight preference for V2. Well done.

Both good shots Billy. V1 is a good depiction of the Titanice lights. V2 can have the highlights toned down, and be straightened a little so that bright centre part is vertical.

Ive loaded a mod of V2.

Strange to think of the concept of Christmas Lights on a memorial to the dead.

Regards

Willie

An interesting building, Billy, and the patterns on the facade look great when lit up. I love that "butterfly" shape, and I think you did really well.
V1, for me, is more about the word "Titanic", the patterns and blue lights within it, with a part of the building included, to show where it is. It's obviously a lot more abstract than V2, but nicely depicted.
In my modification, I cropped some off both sides. I cropped the left in particular in order to remove the little bit of background showing there, making it even more abstract. I also added canvas to the bottom, as I felt the word was close to the bottom frame edge, also that the inclusion of more of the word's reflections would add a further dimension to its abstractness.
In my second modification, I again added canvas to the bottom, selected the bright centre column and toned it down a bit, then added canvas to the left side and removed the sign and lights there. I also removed the flares in the sky from the bottom right side.
Pamela.

Both very good. A bit of work on v2 as Willie says, but v1 one has great strength. Good stuff.
