Hi All,

As with my last image, which was met with a mixed response, I am once again stepping out of my comfort zone. I think this may be more Moira's thing, so I would certainly be interested in her thoughts. This and version two were taken in a local store called Foxtrot Vintage Clothing, quite a quirky shop, so I asked permission to shoot a few images.

Matt

I do prefer a girl Matt,
that does not give me earache with her constant moaning.
And I wonder how many hours it took them to finally pick their outfits !!

I really like the shot in V1, Matt Smile

I have to say I find mannequins and window displays with mannequins very interesting. Don't know why. Not all, mind you, but I find myself wondering who posed them and whether they had fun doing so especially those in funny poses Grin

V1 in particular is very much up my street. She was once in a classy upmarket department store, now she's reduced to vintage. Next step down the ladder is the charity shop or the street market. It's a sad decline.
I think Barbs may be right by the way...

I find V1 seems to have some lifelike qualities for a mannequin. Like the V2 but prefer V1.

Bright cheery and yes quirky, both well taken and sharp as a new pin - mono might be a good idea in this instance but good to see the colour versions and have the opportunity to compare

I like them both. Love these shops. We have one in Winchester and I just walk around it nostalgically, listening to the oldies they play in the background.

Quirky and fun - very well taken images.
Wonder who thought to put the glasses on over the net.
I do like the advertising in V2.
