Hi everyone, hope you're having a good weekend.
I got a new lens yesterday, a Nikon 105 macro, so I thought I’d try it out. Went to Normanby park and was taken some close up of flowers when Alison spotted this spider. It was only a few millimetres in size. I got in as close as I could with a full set of Kenko extension tubes. So this is my first macro shot, and I’m looking forward to taking some more.
Taken at F32.
Please view large, if you have the time
Thanks for looking.
Alan.

I also hate spiders, but the detail is superb in the large picture
