I like the colours and the Pier but would like to have seen a diffrent composition. Lovely shot though.

Not taken to-day then 
I doubt if you'd be able to stand let alone take the photo. For me the kiosks are too central and with that sky the clouds are the important part. Take two scansions off the left and most of the blue and you'll find the image jumps out at you.
