I believe Norwich cathedral has one of the highest spires in England. The person on the ground hopefully gives some kind of scale to the size of the cathedral!

An interesting note here is you can probably see a little platform sticking out about halfway up the spire. This year some Peregrine Falcons successfully nested up there but all the young uns flew away a couple of months ago. Hoping for a repeat later this year!
Image looks 3D, great. (but watch for black mark blemish in the sky) - clean that lens!
It may well be a bird, there was a family of Peregrine Falcons up on the spire and quite a few other birds flying around. Didn't even consider that until your comment!
