Yesterday on a bitterly cold day at Fontburn Reservoir near Rothbury. This to me is the stuff of nightmares. The drainage hole is surrounded by a wire fence which made it particularly difficult to position my camera. I think these make great architectural subjects.

Nice use of shutter control, great image. I would love to decend one of these, but I have been potholer.
Good use of the bridge as a static object.
Spot on.
Regards.
Gavin
Amazingly good. And scary!
I'd like (I think - I don't know what pictorial horrors may lurk just outside the frame) to see a little more space on the right - or maybe a viewpoint slightly to the left, to bring the pit more onto the bottom right third.
