Thanks everyone for your very kind comments on these pics. Yes, these little fellers have spent a good month 'setting up home; and I've never seen a Nuthatches nest before where the young have properly hatched. Am hoping to get a couple more of them before they fly, but the nestbox is in a shaded place and in needs sun around 7.30pm for the best lighting. Fingers crossed, as it is very cloudy tonight and not possible with an ole' 600mm manual focus lens, even at ISO 1600 unless the sun is on the nest box
