Sorry can't help with the printer problem - but this has to be the best image I have ever seen of a dog.

Great work

Dave

do you print from PS Jon or windows - I have an Epson printer and I went into settings and unchecked the print from adobe box so its all down to the printer now - like V1

Do you callibrate your monitor Jon ?
What are your print settings & which printer do you use ?
I always print from Photoshop, leave the colour down to photoshop(remember to disable your printer from taking over the colour),drop in the profile of the printing paper I am using & generally that's it,perhaps just a wee tweak in the levels if the print is too dark first time around.
Are all your printer nozzles clean...are your inks ok ?

Lovely image...shame about the print Sad

Unless there is a problem with the printer Jon it will be down to your profile. One of the most common faults is double profiling. For example. P/S converts the image from its colour space to your selected profile, then the printer changes it again. You should only let one or the other do the conversion.

The other possiblity is a poor/incorrect profile.

I have just been scowling through your portfolio, and somewhat taken aback at the quality, and detail in your canine portraits.
