Great POV and super detail in the foreground. I just feel that it would be vastly improved if the horizon were to be straightened. Just a small point and just my opinion.

You have captured the water movement nicely and the texture on the rocks is good. The cliff in the background is too dark, drawing the viewer's eye from the sea scene. I can see there was strong light and your camera has rendered that cliff into silhouette. In contrast, parts of the water are burnt out, bright with little detail. So you needed to compensate for this with your exposure. At this time of day, I think it would be advisable to avoid the cliff, move to the right and make those rocks your focal points, with the waves coming towards you. The trouble is, I think the sun was just out of frame on the left, and this would have caused even more problems. So, perhaps another time of day?
