..........what have you done to my park????
Back to New York again - sorry!!
V1 is a much cropped picture of a sparrow the day after Hurricane Sandy struck New York in late October 2012.
Versions 2, 3 and 4 are included to show the devastation that Central Park suffered - and Central Park was lucky!!
Thousands of New Yorkers were not!
Many thanks for the votes and comments on yesterday's upload.

The amount of damage caused world wide by storms and flooding in 2012 doesn't beat thinking about.
Nice shot of the bird and good documentation of the damage in Central park.

Excellent image of the sparrow, **** and I like the "story" of the destruction in the park. Very sad really but we were glad you were OK and got back home safely.

Well done **** an interesting set of Central Park and the wake of Sandy.... The only evidence left now are a few uprooted tree stumps... the city on the face of it has returned to business as usual.
