I was walking through the Tabatinga Beach, Caraguatatuba - Sao Paulo - Brazil when I saw this old boat. I thought it could result in a good picture. The light was not so good. I used a Grad ND filter on the left side in order to balance it with the shadows produced by the trees on top of the boat.
I'd like to hear from the gurus what else would work best in order to make it a good photo.

Hi Luiz, nice image, but 0.4 seconds is a longer exposure time for a shot like this. You maybe be better going to around f5 or so, rather then f22. The reeds on the right are blurred because of the long exposure. I have cropped the image in Photoshop to tighten it up a little. I reduced the highlights in camera raw and boosted the shadows. I then copied the background layer, went into the layers panel - blending mode - soft-light - then made a levels adjustment. Hope you like what I've done.

Do you know Luiz, I reckon you've got this about right.
The light and sharpness are spot-on, IMO.
The movement in the grasses (long shutter speed) on the right side provide a sense of wind movement.
It certainly looks a cold, grey, windy day.
The only thing I would do to improve it, would be to rotate it 1.7 degrees clockwise, to make the distant water edge line level.
