Hi, The chaps in the shot are initially hidden in space and darkness.
I wanted to make them seem suspiciuos looking at the bike. So i brightened the image and cropped it to make them larger.
I think the contrast it too much in the origional shot to really make this work.

I've tried to supply a mod which keeps to the spirit of what I think you were trying to achieve with this, I may have cropped too tight, but the emphasis needs to be more on the bike and their looks

Hello, billdoor (you don't give your first name), and welcome to EPZ. I like this, and think mono works really well. It would look good in sepia, too. You've captured a bit of nostalgia here. I looked at this differently. As the image stands, I agree that the two figures need more emphasis, and have to admit to not having noticed them when I first looked at your picture. The motorbike is the main element of the image, so I felt it should be cropped to express this. In my modification, I cropped to just the motorbike and some of the building around it, placing the bike in the bottom left, using the rule-of-thirds. I lightened the image, increased the highlights and made the blacks blacker, then sharpened. My second modification has sepia toning applied.
Pamela.
