A bit of self indulgence with PSP I am afraid. I rember my grandmother had loads of old B&W prints mostly landscapes. They had an interesting quality - this is my rather feeble attempt to replicate this.

Taken yesterday with a kit lense - from an amazing vantage point in Somerset (Deers Leap high up on the Mendips). This image was cropped, and over sharpened - The heavy black frame is about right I think.

I would love to have any comments on this - do you think I have got anywhere near such old fashioned images.

Thanks for looking

Thanks for that Ray - B&W stuff is outside my usual comfort zone so your comment is especially valued.
