I think you've taken the rule of thirds a bit too far with this one as your subject is jumping out of the side of the frame. Also, your focus is some way off the subject and you have some movement blur.
With more centralised action, a higher shutter speed and more accurate focusing this would be a better shot. Sorry to be so critical but (as I've tried to do with other's photos before) it's better to be told all the bits than can be made better than just hear about the positives... I hope.
