I rarely do black and white landscapes, but with this shot I didn't have much say in the matter. It was a gloomy morning with very little colour so the obvious choice was to convert it to B&W when I got home. I'm happy with the results. The lone figure is a fisherman, I think he was picking some sort of bait off the rocks, took about half hour of waiting for him to get into the right position and standing straight up.
This photo was also a finalist in the Sony World Photography awards.
