Last from St Pancras - here is the busy side of the station. The area under the pillared floor is where you check in for Eurostar and seems to run pretty smoothly - though because all luggage is scanned as you go through (unlike for a flight) that part can slow up a bit. Needless to say the public and staff are all over the place - I just took this shot as we had a coffee at the side. As someone has pointed out in the press recently, apart from the coffee shop interior, there is no seating around the area until you get through check-in. The guy rushing past will probably be on the way to the UK part of St Pancras station - coming from the right where Kings Cross is.
Above you can see a Eurostar train at the platform - this is where the Champagne Bar, the statues and a Tea Bar are. But very quiet at 8 a.m. - no doubt things hot up later in the day!
Comments and crits welcome - please look large - many thanks.
