My first attempt to an office style photo ...
Please advise on what's positives, negatives, ways to improve, etc...

I uploaded two versions - color & bw

Went to the bank today with my wife; the advisor went to make us a coffee so took the chance for a quick photo session.

I prefer the b&w version because the background is less distracting.
