Photoshop conversion to black & white. I didn't want hard contrast, but even tones across the picture. I chose the crop deliberately for a large canvas print. I think the picture works well at a large size.

Nice gentle shot. The format works well, I'd even be inclined to crop a little more off the top.

Think it is a great idea to use B&W, so that the people have at least one thing in common, while otherwise the clothes would have been very distracting with the different colours.
