This image portraying our little furry family friend was captured whilst reflecting and taking time out to read through some of his old bedtime stories. The image took very little effort on my behalf to set up. It included the obligatory polished table, and black velvet sheet, accompanied by an angle-pose lamp in order to provide a tad illumination. Everything else pretty straight forward. Hope you enjoy, 'especially' Pink.

This is delightful, I love the idea. I know the 'obligatory polished table' for reflections is in vogue, but for me the reflection complicates the story - I think I'd prefer a matt surface. Black velvet is great (my Marks & Spencer black dressing gown is one of the best photographic investments I've ever made!).
You're shooting in RAW so you could probably bring out a bit more detail in the open pages of the book.
I know it's cosmetic, not photographic, but the presentation is brilliant!
