I have been undecided about this one. A bit more cloud would have been good and it's heavy on the silky, milky but I think it works. Let me know Smile

good POV, nicely composed with the f/g bolder, its is a shame those lovely red clouds are not further into the scene, but a lovely image all the same.

Concentrating on the cliff and the ground more than makes up for the lack of cloud.. lovely work. Smile

I think the atmosphere and pastel colours are very special.

The only thing I don't like is the silky milky, sadly you pin pointed it yourself. Apart from that it's a nice image and I'm sure you shot some with a faster shutter speed.

The colours and composition are fine and super fg detail Alun. I think the silky/milky is personal taste and if you're not sure then it may not be right for you.

Thanks all. Geoff and Dougie. I think you're right. Unfortunately I arrived very late in the evening for this shoot so that the exposure was several seconds. I thought at the time that I'd be happy enough with the level of milky flow but in retrospect I should have increased the ISO or gone for a slightly wider aperture which, in this instance, might have worked better. Glad it's not a bin job though.
