A large glass facade in the Oslo opera house reflecting many facets of life and activity in the vicinity.

Many thanks for all recent interest in my uploads.

Thanks for bothering.

An image that needs to be explored in order to find those many facets of life, with the strong lines holding them all together.
There's a musical suggestion within it, perhaps it's the string-like lines, the pan pipes bottom left, and the diagonals that look like a guitar? I look again, and now see geometry or woodworking instruments, not the musical kind. Fascinating, Malc.

Very true, plus the added intriguing reflections of cars and vans top left, neatly contained.

So many different images all captured in this shot and in the one frame.
Pamela has summarised things so well and succinctly.
Very well spotted and captured, Malc.

Fascinating. The glimpses of the world behind the camera are especially effective, but there is so much more. Who needs collage skills when a quick trip to the opera affords one ready-made? And you don't even have to like opera (I don't, at least not the bits where they sing).

Above and below, behind, in front and beyond, all in one go. And a selfie against a dark backdrop.

Excellent mono: the different planes assume different tones and thus help explain the riddle for those who have not been there.

Regards
Bill

Like a sliding tile puzzle, Malc, you could swap the pieces around for several alternative realities.

What a great eye you have, so much captured in this one image, could occupy me for ages just studying all that is going on. Beautifully captured.
