Thanks so much for the response to Passion Flower yesterday. I was really pleased Smile Another one along the same lines today. This time I used a combination of Photoshop Elements and ACDSee.

Thanks for looking! Any constructive comments welcome. I realise I've cut off the top and bottom of the petals again. I did this with the original capture and not at the editing stage. Hopefully I'll remember next time Smile

Its another beauty Rach - was this at the garden centre too?
You seem to be getting your head around your software very well. The centre of the flower really jumps off the monitor Smile

You have captured and presented this dahlia so well.......doubt if you need any constructive comments as you have excelled with this shot, and identified the only criticism that might be offered.
Very well done.
Ronnie.

Your passionflower is so beautiful, as is this. Don't worry about the petal tip nipping. I wouldn't have noticed had you not mentioned it. These are lovely images and the detail in the centre is superb!

Pretty faultless. Love the colour and lighting. I might have included a little black bg at the top and bottom rather than the petals 'running off' the frame. That's all. Nice one. Paul

I'm always cutting the the petal tips off, it seems you concentrate on the beautiful middle bit and the outer bits don't exist any more!
I love the co-ordinated frame, it really compliments the dahlia.

Gorgeous colours and lovely definition in the middle.
Chris

Brilliant love the detail and colouring, with that black background it really stands out.
Easily good enough for any publication.
