A shot of the Orion Nebula through my astro telescope.
The second version is colour adjusted to bring out more detail in the loops of the gas cloud.
The image was shot through a sodium filter to reduce light pollution and increase contrast.

Super stuff.
At the risk of losing a fraction of the detail you could apply some gentle noise reduction to remove some of the excess sensor noise which shows particularly in version 2. You should will be left with the majority of the star and gas detail and a much cleaner shot.
