I also discovered that the camera has been broken from a fall in the abandoned mine

The heavy fall of snow has reduced the images to almost monochrome with just a hint of green in the conifers.
A fine winter set, Peter.
If we had that much snow here everything would grind to a halt.
Ronnie.

OK ! OK ! I believe you when you try to tell us it is cold your way !! These are excellent winter photos and I so wish I could take my family up your way to experience this - all we know is heatwave and little rain at the moment ! Hope you can get your camera fixed Peter !!

All three are lovely. I like the subject and composition of V1 but I prefer the bluish tones in V's 2 & 3.

The composition of V1 is especially lovely and what a lot of snow you seem to have all around! Do hope you get to enjoy some skiing soon and that your camera can be repaired.

Smashing set of snowy images. Our snow has gone, springlike weather and rain, rain, rain... the garden is a bog just now. Sad

Your pictures are so cooling, I'd love a walk in the snow right now.
Air-conditioning here, as it is light walking into an oven outside.
Lovely set alround...GrinWink
