This place is Outdoor theatre, Esplanade
This link is another PoV of the same structure.
Every week, during Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday is a free concert presentation that people gather and sometimes it gets really crowded.

I think this looks really interesting and futuristic but it's very difficult to see the detail and would love to be able to enlarge it.
