This is an old digital capture from a couple of years ago. Just a simple image of two tulip petals overlapping each other. There's an extremely shallow depth of field due to the large apuerture and Macro lens.
As I've mentioned on a few previous posts, I don't use digital SLR's at the moment and only had a fairly brief 'marriage' with a 10D some time back.
Whilst I did have the 10D however, I captured some images which I always liked, this one amongst them. One thing I didn't like though is that eventual captures from this camera never seemed to stand up to much PS work before the image quality becomes heavily degraded, mainly due to the - what is now, I suppose - a fairly measly 6 M/Pixel sensor. Some of the work I habitually do in PS unfortunately seems fairly destructive so matters just demand that there are huge amounts of information contained therein to work with.
So it's film all the way for me I'm afraid. Unless any kind soul wants to buy me a Leaf Aptus 75 back, that is......
