It feels cold just looking. Big storms can come up on Erie really fast.....and as shallow as it is, develop wicket fetch (waves). Great photo.

Thanks Peter. The pier is in bad shape, and is normally fenced off during the summer, but at this time of year you can walk across the ice, and walk around the light station. You're right though, it can get pretty wild out there. -Gary
