I like this. I believe you used a tripod here.
If you did use the tripod, it is strange though that there seems to be a bit of motion blur looking at the leafs to the right bottom corner.
or maybe it is just my eyes...
Other than that, I think it's exceptional composition.
nice photo Ryan it was a good day out. I think the motion blur on the leaves was a light breeze that caused the leaves to move ever so lightly. other than that cracking photo
Oh yes. I like it nice water blur and stunning colours.

Pleasing image indeed IMHO..... you can bring back some detail in the white blurred water easily in Lightroom and/or Photoshop. Where you have focused maybe the very slight issue with the soft leaf in the foreground.
