Morning everyone! A big thankyou to everybody's votes and comments on yesterday's image "Age Before Beauty" Todays upload was taken on the same day........... Some beach huts in Bridlington. The glow of colour on the opposite poles floor and roof are real....... I have only done the usual basic exposure, saturation, contrast stuff. I loved how the colours reflected all round the surfaces, even the floor, it looks like chalk dustGrin..................... Hope you like it.

Awesome find and capture! The way the light is hitting the doors it really does look like chalk rather than reflection. Nice one! Smile

You've done a marvellous job with this, Diane. It really is an excellent image. And I love the way all the padlocks line up in such a neat, straight line. Pure geometry. And you title is so imaginative. Unlike my "Lobster pots" ........ WinkWink

Kind regards.

You have an eye for this type of image, Diane. Pastel colours rule, OK, in this one.
I would suggest, if I may be so bold, that you cloned out the sea and the 'view' visible beyond the right hand poles so that we have more of a feeling of being more enclosed without a means of escape...am I making sense?

A fine bit of multi coloured ''grot'' here Diane.
Makes for a good frame filler.
(And I have caught up on your rust too !!)
