Hi John, your image is a little over exposed in certain areas, so I went into camera raw in Photoshop and used the adjustment brush to reduce the brightness. I then went to the layers panel - and set the blending mode to overlay, then cropped the image to give it a more sinister feel. Cancer is still a big killer and my wife died of breast cancer in January 2011 at 46, so it does touch on a lot of people. Anyway, hope you like my mod.

Thank you for your mods as it has helped with the shot.I have posted another shot of the patients coming out the other side having been successfully treated.
I think that I will definitely need the help of a mod here as I am not photo shop wise, I took the shot just not thinking about sunlight problem
