This was taken just above where we were having our picnic with the children.
Arran is the island you can see part of top left. Days like this are to be treasured.

We were at Lunderston Bay (a bit further north) yesterday and I noticed a lot of this yellow wild flowers there too, Kate.
Do you know what it is?
Some years since I visited Seamill but it's lovely spot and your image encourages me to think of returning.
The track offers such a strong lead in to the scene.
Very nicely captured.
