Dramatic and powerful composition, which makes for an eye-catching thumbnail. Lots of interest in the reflections and the dirty platform. Also an interesting lead to the floppy wind sock!

I hope you don't mind me offering a little critique: The upper railings perhaps seem a little dark, relative to the platform. There also is quite a lot of noise in the sky, although, if intentional, adds to the gritty nature of the shot. Probably due to darkening the top half?
