Recently we talked to our neighbor about giving him the wood from our "dead" peach tree. Well, the tree must have panicked. The weather turned hot (80F, 26.6C) and the tree is full of blossoms and bees.
Here is the start of the peach jam recipe:
STEP 1: Pollinate the peach blossoms.

I have to agree with you, Walter, they are too busy going about their pollen gathering to stop and do a photo shoot
Nevertheless, this is an excellent capture, good detail on the little bee, and such a beautiful blossom, thank goodness you didn't cut down the tree for firewood Carol

Recipe to take bee pics!
1 get camera and macro Lens.
2 get chair
3 get beer, cold of course.
4 drink beer slowly, watch bees.
5 try some shots
6 get another beer if it hasn't worked, repeat last steps.
If it still doesn't work, give beer to bees, like in my hornet shots

I love peach blossoms - they are simply so beautiful - and capturing bees imho is almost impossible. You do have a nice focus and detail on the one wing and on the pollen bearing anthers of the blossom.
